In New York City, the Supermoon Eclipse was visible until the moon was 3/8 in shadow. The moon was obscured by a thick overcast for the remainder of the eclipse.

We happened upon this tower crane assembly being performed at the site of the new 1,050-foot residential MoMA Tower. The massive boom on this luffing jib crane is in three sections.

The Skylon Tower’s observation decks are best enjoyed at dusk, where you have views of Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Toronto. The observation deck is one of the Falls’ best value for the money, but skip the food and eat elsewhere.

The Maid of the Mist is a must-do for Niagara Falls visitors. It is the most intimate, beautiful, and adrenaline-driven experiences of the region….I would dare say, skip all the tourist traps. Just get on the boat and on the tower platform!
